Payment Methods	We accept ALL METHODS OF PAYMENT. Call toll-free 1-800-321-8618 for credit cards or if you have any payment questions. We do not require immediate payment upon ordering. However, we truly appreciate your prompt payment! It makes our job much easier, eliminates confusion and allows us to begin preparing your order immediately.
Ship-to Locations
We ship WORLDWIDE. If you live on the Planet, we can ship it to you. Shipping must be calculated for all International, HI, AK, PR and Canadian orders. Only serious inquiries, please. (We will give you the special shipping rate that we currently give our national customers, and we will only charge you for the extra calculated fees.) We do not ship oversized items overseas.
Shipping Fees
We are able to offer free shipping on most of our items. For items that which we do charge shipping, we give our customers a SPECIAL DEAL. We will give you FREE SHIPPING on all orders after 1! If your multiple orders (which have shipping fees) can be shipped together, you will only pay the shipping of the heaviest item. It is difficult to be exact on every sale, but we do our best to never overcharge for shipping. International and domestic shipping charges will be refunded for charges that exceed 15% of actual cost.
Shipping Times
We ship most orders within 24 hours of payment. However, the actual time that an item leaves our facilities may depend upon the order. The preparation work that some items require may take several days; for example, we must build wooden crates for the oversized items that we sell, to ensure safe delivery. The estimated delivery time is also based upon your cleared payment, and we cannot be responsible for actual shipping service transit time. Transit time may vary, particularly during peak periods.
Expedited Requests
We will GLADLY EXPEDITE YOUR ORDER for only the extra fee that our carrier (UPS or USPS) charges to do so.
